RUNNING UNDERLINES

Die Text-Animation running underlines entstand durch das Experimentieren mit Schriftzeichen in 3D-Software. Wie auch bei der Serie Notes  ist der Ausgangspunkt die Vorstellung von einem unendlich großen virtuellen Textraum, in den permanent neue Schriftzeichen eingegeben werden, die sich auf unterschiedlichen Bedeutungsebenen hin und her schieben und ständig zu neuen nicht greifbaren Gebilden formieren.

 

RUNNING UNDERLINES

The text animation Running Underlines emerged from experimentation with typographic characters in 3D software. As with the Notes series, the starting point is the idea of an infinitely vast virtual text space into which new characters are continuously entered - shifting back and forth across various layers of meaning and constantly coalescing into new, intangible formations.
